Step into a dynamic 250m2 performance space designed to impress. Soaring 10.4m high ceiling to create an awe-inspiring atmosphere while the sprung hardwood flooring—with the option of rolling out Tarkett for a dance-ready finish—offers versatility for every event type.

An elevated 117-square-metre mezzanine overlooks the main space, ideal for VIP viewing or additional creative use. A dedicated 50-square-metre backstage area provides ample storage or green room facilities.

Step into The Walton Room—an adaptable 102-square-metre space as you enter the complex, complete with sprung flooring. ideal for rehearsals, workshops or reception as you enter. The room’s clever design includes foldable walls that can be retracted to transform the space into a striking 30-metre-long foyer, perfect for seamless guest arrivals or expansive event flow.

Equipped with powerful Turbosound IP1000 speaker and sub units, and flanked by wheeled reception desks, the room is as functional as it is elegant. Enter through bold tri-fold doors (3.2m wide x 2.7m high), with an inviting bar area ready to elevate your event from the very first step inside.

The Ngara Room is a 112-square-metre space designed with versatility and comfort in mind.

Featuring professional sprung hardwood flooring and corner-mounted JBL 12” speakers, it’s acoustically ready for rehearsals or intimate workshops. Dimmable ceiling lights allow you to set the mood for every occasion, from focused training to creative brainstorming. Double doors open up to a convenient breakout space, making it the perfect choice for use as a rehearsal studio, costume room, or an efficient back-of-house area for larger productions.

The Bar / Kitchen is a highly functional and professional-grade facility located right at the venue entrance—perfect for seamless service and easy access.

Equipped with a 14-pallet freezer operating down to -122°C, a 3-phase rapid-dry dishwasher, and an 11-layer mobile heat warmer, this space is purpose-built for caterers, event hosts, and production crews alike. A stylish cocktail station sits atop the counter, complemented by an ice machine and double-door display fridge. With a microwave, kettle, and general supplies included, it’s the perfect serving point for guests or a reliable kitchen hub for rehearsals, workshops, and productions.

Guests are welcomed through expansive tri-fold doors that open up to a generous 3.2m x 2.7m entryway, setting the tone for what lies beyond. The space is powered by Turbosound IP1000 audio, perfect for ambient music, announcements, or pre-event buzz. With two sleek, mobile reception desks and direct flow into Studio A when Studio B’s foldable walls are retracted, the layout offers seamless movement and visual impact. The fully equipped bar greets visitors to the right, making this foyer not just an entry point—but an experience. Perfect for guest arrivals, registration, pre-event mingling, or red carpet moments.
